Breathwork with me is an invitation into space - space to soften, notice, and remember. Space to return to the rhythm that already lives in you, whether you’re navigating a transition, moving through uncertainty, or letting go of old patterns.
I blend traditional pranayama foundations with modern, nervous-system-informed practices, including conscious connected breathing, integrating ancient wisdom with contemporary understanding.
This isn't about mastering a technique, reaching a specific state, or getting fixed. It's about allowing your nervous system to find its own rhythm - moving naturally between activation and settling, effort and ease. Rhythm instead of rigidity.
A moment to pause, exhale, and attune to what’s already here - all held through trauma-informed principles and grounded support.
How I Work
My approach is body-based, trauma-informed, and centred on your nervous system. Every session is guided by what your body, breath, and rhythm need in that moment. Sessions may include:

Some sessions may include more energising sequences or gentle activation work — always offered according to your pace, readiness, and choice. Everything is responsive, intuitive, and held in a supportive way. Your pace is the right pace.

Breathwork can be deeply supportive when approached thoughtfully. Some practices involve changes in breathing patterns that influence the nervous system, so we always work according to your pace and comfort.

Breathwork – Session Options
Initial 90-Minute Session | $175
Your first session includes an intake to discuss your health, wellbeing, and nervous system needs, ensuring the session is safe, supportive, and tailored to you.
The session begins with space to arrive, settle, and attune to your breath and body. Guided sequences, optional gentle movement, and sound may be included as appropriate, helping your system move with steadiness, presence, and ease.
Follow-Up 60-Minute Session | $130
A personalised session supporting ongoing connection with your breath and rhythm. Each session is guided responsively according to what your nervous system needs on the day. Optional elements — such as gentle movement, sound, or Reiki — may be included if appropriate.
Follow-Up 90-Minute Session | $175
A longer session offering extra space to settle, explore, and integrate. This extended session allows for deeper breathwork practice, optional complementary elements like sound, gentle movement, or Reiki, and time for reflection and integration.
Ongoing support options are available and can be explored together after your first session.
Shared Breathwork Session (Partners / Friends / Pairs) | 90 minutes | $200
A shared session for two people wishing to breathe together — supporting presence, connection, and shared regulation, while honouring individual experience.

A Practice with Ancient Roots
This work draws on the wisdom of conscious breathing from yogic pranayama, Taoist, Indigenous, and meditative traditions, while weaving in modern trauma-informed practices. Breath has always been a bridge between body, mind, and awareness, and contemporary breathwork honours these lineages with respect and care.

1. Do I need experience?
Not at all. Everything we do is guided, gentle, and accessible at your pace.
2. What if I can’t “breathe properly”?
There’s no perfect way. We work with your natural rhythm and build capacity slowly and sustainably.
3. Will this be intense?
No. My approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and centred on creating space, not forcing big states or emotional releases.
4. Can I join a group if I’ve never done Breathwork before?
Yes. Group sessions are held with the same gentle principles — you’ll always be supported and offered options.
