A deeply nurturing evening session designed to gently settle your nervous system and ease you toward rest. Somatic, body-aware movement and conscious breath to help you unwind, soften, and close your day with intention.
Stratford – Every Friday
9:30am | 1hr – Yoga, Rise and Breathe
A gentle morning flow to begin your Friday with steadiness and presence. A little more movement than Thursday, but always somatic and nervous-system aware, helping you find your rhythm before the weekend begins.
