Yoga
Breath. Body. Rhythm. And an Exhale.
At its heart, yoga is a practice of remembrance — a return to the steadiness and clarity that already exists within you.
Drawing from the roots of yogic philosophy, conscious movement, and breath awareness, this practice invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the present moment. It’s not about striving or achieving; it’s about listening — and allowing space for what’s already within you to emerge.
Yoga with me is grounded in Vinyasa, guided by the KNOFF Yoga system, and informed by a trauma-aware, nervous-system–sensitive approach. Whether in a one-on-one setting, a small group, or a corporate wellness space, each session is guided by the rhythm of the breath and the needs of your body and nervous system. Practices may include gentle movement, breath awareness, or restorative sequences, always tailored to your rhythm.

Reconnecting with your body or breath

Exploring movement in a safe, supportive, trauma-aware environment
-
Curious about building sustainable nervous system capacity
-
Craving space for presence, attunement, and gentle self-care
Yoga is accessible to anyone — beginners, experienced practitioners, or those returning after time away. It’s a space to move, breathe, and arrive as you are.
Supporting your wellbeing
Yoga and somatic movement can be deeply supportive when approached thoughtfully. Some postures and movements involve stretches, balance, or activation that influence the body and nervous system, so we always work according to your pace and comfort.
Please check in if you have any health concerns (e.g., pregnancy, cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, or recent injuries). Sessions are always guided responsively, with modifications available.

Philosophy and Approach
Yoga is a practice with thousands of years of history, rooted in Indian philosophy and traditions. Its practices — from seated meditation and breath awareness to conscious movement — were designed to cultivate presence, clarity, and connection to the body and mind.
My approach honours this lineage while being informed by modern understandings of the nervous system and trauma-awareness. Yoga becomes a space to return to your own rhythm, noticing what is already present in the body, breath, and mind. It’s not about perfecting postures or achieving a state, but about exploring steadiness, ease, and capacity over time through mindful, conscious practice.
